Red Light Therapy is a painless and relaxing treatment that typically lasts 15-20 minutes. During your session, you’ll be in a private room with a full-body red light panel that you’ll stand in front of while therapeutic light surrounds your body.
A trained specialist will answer any questions you may have, start the red light therapy session, and then step out to give you privacy while you relax.
Clients often choose to remove clothing so the skin can receive the maximum benefits from the light. During the session, you may feel a gentle warmth from the lights, similar to sitting in warm sunlight.
Because the lights can be bright, we recommend avoiding direct eye contact with the panel. Protective goggles are available, and clients are also welcome to wear their own sunglasses. Many clients prefer to simply close their eyes, relax, and enjoy the calming glow during their session.
