If your appointment is for body contouring you will want to make sure to drink plenty of water starting 48 hours prior to treatment. This helps to flush out toxins through your lymphatic system. For optimal results avoid alcohol use and have a clean diet. Exercise is recommended during the course of your treatments as well as after for maintaining results.

At home maintenance, spray tan preparation, and the solution formula are all factors that determine a spray tan’s longevity. If you take the proper preparation steps and follow a strict maintenance regimen a pray tan can last up to 10 days. 

Wear something loose and comfortable. We recommend wearing something that is also long and dark if you are getting a spray tan . 

* Don’t wear yoga pants, jeans, or anything revealing - you want your skin to be covered! Anything that is too tight can rub and alter the final results of your Spray Tan.
